Meredith Forder is a Vedanta Practitioner, who has spent over twenty-five years studying and researching the ancient wisdom of Vedanta and how it benefits modern-day health, happiness and wellbeing.
Below are some class etiquette guidelines:
Spiritual learning/self-development requires discipline. For an enhanced experience, kindly adhere to the following:
• Be seated and ready to start by 6.25pm.
• Eat meals either before or after the class.
• Refrain from moving about, as it is distracting for everyone.
• Avoid lying down. Instead, sit upright. This helps to keep you alert and focused.
• Keep your device stable. Rather than in your hand or on your lap, place it on a table.
This class is free to attend. However, for those who wish to give a donation to the teacher, in gratitude for the knowledge shared, but don’t know how much to give, consider your regular spending, on things such as exercise classes, subscriptions, cafés, etc. Assess the value of Vedanta in your life. What was your life before Vedanta? What is it now? Find an amount that you feel comfortable with, and give that.
