Zumba Toning with Lori

Zumba Toning® offers a new way to tone your muscles in a fun, easy-to-follow Latin-inspired dance cardio class. The workout combines all the music and fun of Zumba with body sculpting exercises that use lightweight sticks, a bit like Maracas. This class is designed for beginner fitness levels or the older active adult. Be sure to wear comfortable workout clothing and bring water. Registration is required for this class as weighted sticks are limited.
