I'll open the room at 1945 and you're welcome to join from then, wherever you are in the world. We can briefly say our hellos and check how we're doing.

Please have some basic equipment ready:
YOGA MAT
BLOCK OR BOOK TO SIT ON
CHAIR
SMALL TOWEL
CUSHIONS/PILLOWS
BLANKET

We'll begin at 2000 to practice together for an hour.

Gentle, slow, deep.
Moving, feeling, breathing.

We'll finish with a 15 minute guided relaxation, a Yoga Nidra to promote rest and down regulation of the nervous system.

Once we resurface from our Nidra experience we will check out and close our time together.
