Monday Slow Flow Meditation
We begin and end with seated meditation, with the option to recline in Savasana at the end whenever you wish, and we maintain a meditative mode throughout our mellow flow. Modifications as you need are encouraged throughout. As I will not be in your room, this is an opportunity to really listen to what your body feels and needs from you. IE, if you spend half the time in Child or Savasana, while you're in our meditation zone, well, you're purrfect.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to do tech and other questions with me, so we preserve class time for everyone. You will be muted for class, but may type questions and requests in the Chat box.
