We begin and end with seated meditation, with the option to recline in your favorite version of Savasana relaxation pose at the end whenever you wish, and maintain a meditative mode throughout the mellow flow. Modifications are encouraged throughout as you need. This is an opportunity to really listen to what your body feels and needs from you. If on a given day you spend more time in Child or Savasana in your meditation mode, it is what you need. Requests are welcomed at the start of each session.
You may arrive 5-10 minutes early to check tech and offer requests! Latecomers are welcome as long as you take care of your needs. You will be muted for class, but you may type questions and requests in the Chat box.
