Some gentle movement with the breath, leading into some floor based yin and restorative postures for deep rest and relaxation.
With this session it can be really helpful to gather some props to support the body and aid deeper relaxation.
These could be:
A bolster - alternatively you could use your rolled up yoga mat with a blanket rolled around it. (You don't really need a yoga mat underneath you if you have a soft enough rug or similar you can practice on, so you could use it as a prop instead).
You could also use firm cushions or pillows instead.
A blanket - or 2 or 3, however many you have, really :)
A yoga brick or 2 - alternatively a stack of books.
