Gentle Floor Yoga with Nidra
This class begins with a 40-45 minute gentle yoga practice which incorporates simple flowing sequences that focus on alignment, strength, balance and flexibility. We will follow with Nidra; a guided form of meditation that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Taught by Karen Fitzgerald
