This is an invitation for a weekly Yoga Nidra / Yogic sleep session. As you may know, I used to run this (rather popular session) at the end of each month, however, in this current climate, learning how to switch off and enabling deep sleep is imperative: especially for our immune system.
To join please download the free Zoom app on your phone/tablet/desktop and click on the below link to a quick registration form. Once you have registered and paid £6 via online bank transfer to AC 04 00 04 SC 60 71 58 74 (Monzo) you will be a sent a link to the class.
Session starts at 2000 however you can log up to 15 minutes before so we can have a catch up.
If you are unable to make the class, there will be an audio track of the session that can be sent to you.
