Staying connected in a time of constant change and unknown is an important part of wellness and self-care. You are invited to join Tracy Hawes, each weekday morning at 7:00 AM EST, for approximately 30 - 40 minutes, to experience some communal stress reduction.
Each day during this time, will explore a variety of practices including and not limited to; breathing and meditation styles, mindfulness practices, body awareness, scanning, and grounding, writing practices. Ending the session with a quote, poem, or other supportive takeaways.

The meditations will continue until it is clear they are no longer needed or it is no longer possible to offer them. You are invited to come when and as frequently as you can.
In preparation for each time you sit with us, you will need, an open heart and allowance to welcome all of yourself, a supportive place to sit or recline free of distraction, and the invitation to have a writing implement and notepad or journal. We look forward to welcoming you into the TWAMM room and the heart of the Sangha.
