What rates guide your pricing?

I'm curious to know how to price projects so that you can pay yourself but also have money to grow your business

What are the tradeoffs of project vs hourly pricing?

What are the typical price ceilings for different kinds of org?

I’m curious about the range of project budgets picked up by individuals/ smaller agencies
