In addition to eating more veggies & fruits on rotation for variety, Americans would benefit from eating ORGANIC. We also need more nutrition in our foods - so bringing back some form of crop rotation using nature to enrich foods instead of chemical fertilizers. (USDA research: it takes 72 bowls of today’s spinach to equal the iron content in ONE bowl of spinach from the 1940s)

True true what you think & feel today will show up in your body tomorrow, stay on same thinking patterns & it will turn into dis-ease. Presence is key, let it flow through (not stuffing), and not analyzing the past. So as Michelle is saying, being PRESENT (not being mentally in the past or in the future).

There are some wonderful mindfulness apps available too that show your heart coherence or brain coherence - HeartMath, Muse, FocusBand all teach you to cultivate presence and mindfulness. And Donna Eden has Energy Medicine techniques that center and ground you (and calm triple warmer), making it easier to be present.
