On the Continuous Improvement principle, in particular the use of formal feedback to improve KE performance: in our experience this is quite limited in practice within most universities – individual issues are dealt with – but systematic processes to capture and build on feedback in a quality management protocol are seemingly not common. Where are the good practice examples here?
