On the Continuous Improvement principle, in particular the use of formal feedback to improve KE performance: in our experience this is quite limited in practice within most universities – individual issues are dealt with – but systematic processes to capture and build on feedback in a quality management protocol are seemingly not common. Where are the good practice examples here?

Would a Results Based Accountability (RBA) approach to designing and monitoring performance help here? More widely used in public sector and Local Gov than HE to date I think?

agree my reading of the KEC is that it does allow institutions to focus and highlight specific areas of enaggement and the relationship to the envirnment in which you work and engage
