Has anyone dealt with request on working from aboard, we seem to be getting more of these. Mostly I would like to work from Spain for x months a year etc. How would/ have you tackled this ?

We're currently looking at a policy re working from abroad. There are tax and employment law implications as well as data protection. We are currently taking advice.

We have had staff working from abroad since COVID but we are only just taking advice on implications. There are tax, data security and legal implications so its best to get advice and look into this before you make decisions.

Has anyone reinvented their approach to making requests for flex (that makes sure we are legally compliant) but also encourages this to be conversation / compromise based approach rather than an over formal request / response model?
