If clients are currently on WAWD, will they still abide by their diary date to reapply or do they need to reapply in general once they turn 65?

Pregnant Health First Colorado and Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+) members are currently eligible for benefits up to 60 days after they give birth or their pregnancy ends.Starting July 1, 2022, Health First Colorado and CHP+ pregnant members will be guaranteed full benefits up to 12 months after they give birth or when their pregnancy ends.

You need to update your Health First Colorado account to show you are pregnant, so you can get benefits 12 months after you give birth or your pregnancy ends.

Here’s how to report a pregnancy:-Visit PEAK CO.gov/PEAK. If you don’t have a PEAK account, you can create one at CO.gov/PEAK.-Use the Health First Colorado app on your phone. This free app is for Health First Colorado and CHP+ members.-Call or visit your county department of human services office-Call the Member Contact Center: 800-221-3943 (State Relay: 711)

regarding WAWD for 65+.. If there is a "Permanent" decision from SSA for clients under 65, they still have to submit an application once they turn 65 even if they have been on SSDI for many years, correct?

Can PT with MDC- ER can ask any provider that accept Medicaid for contraceptives and Medicaid -ER will cover, correct?Thanks
