Yong Wan, University of Pittsburgh. Thank you very much. Given the interesting function of MALP, do you have any comments of its potential clinical application of osteoporosis?
As for MALPs cells, the star-like morphology was shown in vivo. When they were harvested and cultured in vitro, do they show dendrites? How do you think MALP obtain such morphology? Do they loss the dendrites when they differentiate into LiLA cells?

Ling, do you think MALPs regulate the same groups of factors for both bone formation and bone resorption, or different groups of factors for bone formation and resorption, respectively?
Thanks for the wonderful talk. It is interesting to notice that various tissues share a common mesenchymal stem subpopulation，are they the traditional MSC or a novel musculoskeletal stem cell population？
