How often are the levels updated for each county?
Greta Macey
28:46
@ Robyn on the webpage: " To move to a less restrictive level (e.g., Level 2 to Level 1), counties need to meet and sustain all three metrics for two weeks. Counties must engage in a consultation process with CDPHE, which may entail moving to a more restrictive level when they are out of compliance with any of the metrics for more than two weeks"

Kathy Staats
46:17
Deb- I believe Mellissa will answer your question more fully but in the meantime here is the workplace outbreak guidance for your reference: https://covid19.colorado.gov/workplace-outbreak-guidance
Marie Casias
46:43
My two questions - from my email the other day:1-If we submit a complaint against a fellow tenant, can we do that anonymously, or does your call center tell the tenant who submitted the complaint? We’d like to be anonymous if possible, as we’ve already received backlash to a letter we generated building-wide reminding other tenants of the mask mandate.2-Does TCHD also notify our landlord automatically about the complaint against one of their tenants? Our landlord has been exceptionally uncooperative – bordering hostile - through this entire process and has actually chastised us for speaking up against tenants breaking state mandates.
Alexandra White
47:22
What about a building owner who has tenants - how do building owners compel compliance? Are building owners responsible for compelling compliance of tenants? What if the owner of a building has both employees in the building and tenants and one employer is complying and the other is not?
Janell Henderson
48:43
Thank you for the great information!!!

If there are any fitness centers on the call and would like more information about what the fitness industry is doing in Colorado, please look at our website https://coloradofitnesscoalition.org/
Jared Keiffer
49:36
Can you help us understand why number of deaths and/or death rates are not being considered in the dial and levels?
Ruth Ann Nelson
50:25
does down in the dial mean increased retrictions?
Ruth Ann Nelson
51:42
terminology is very confusing, numbers go down, the dial goes up? numbers go up, the dial goes down?
Joy Yehle
52:43
Are essential businesses held to the office capacity numbers?
Deb Powers
54:01
I have the same ? as Jared Keiffer. That is the most important metric. I keep hearing that the death rate is not rising. Herd immunity will show a rise in positive cases.
Kathy Staats
54:51
Jared and Deb- TCHD and the coroner's office is tracking deaths from COVID. Dial metrics are based on pre-death measures like case numbers and hospitalizations. Deaths are certainly considered in decisions made as well. Please see TCHD's dial dashboard: https://data.tchd.org/covid19_resources/
Marie Casias
56:40
Thanks for your terrific help, everybody. Great info!
Robert Keyser
56:43
private clubs, e.g. American Legion, VFW, Elks Lodge should view the dial as a…restaurant, bar both?
Susan Dilley

Can you help us understand why number of deaths and/or death rates are not being considered in the dial and levels?
Meagan Arvidson
59:12
We are trying to determine how spectators for youth group sports are considered in capacity numbers. Our indoor sports venues can hold over 1000 people, do we go by the facility number of 50 or can we go by the indoor event number and the guideline for spectators for group sports which is also 100.
Janell Henderson
01:00:01
Where can I find the space calculator?
Kathy Staats
01:00:21
Jannell- here is the calculator: https://covid19.colorado.gov/safer-at-home/social-distancing-calculator-for-indoor-and-outdoor-events

Critical versus non-critical: I see insurance listed - does that include insurance sales? I see financial services: does that include mortgage sales?
Greta Macey
01:03:02
@ Kevin here is the most recent public health order: https://drive.google.com/file/d/14_GaVScXNeYPrT6ZmTw1MuU9_A1egOAd/view

01:04:29
Joy- please see information in the Public Health Order about what are Essential Businesses and the provisions required of their operations. https://covid19.colorado.gov/prepare-protect-yourself/prevent-the-spread/public-health-executive-orders We recommend that Essential Businesses operate at the lowest amount possible. But please contact our team if more clarity is needed: covidbusinessrecovery@tchd.org
Matt Peppin
01:07:54
At outdoor sports does the 25 include spectators?
Kathy Staats
01:08:01
Robert- I see your question about Elk's/community clubs. Please treat each room in your facility under the provisions for each function (restaurant functioning like a restaurant, bars are not allowed to operate for alcohol-only service- there must be food service paired with it), if you are doing a recreation class then follow those guidelines/capacity limits. Be cautious in the different "sections" that there is strict traffic flow/staggering of entrance/exits.
Kathy Staats
01:09:37
Matt- please see language re spectators in the TCHD public health orders here: https://www.tchd.org/825/Public-Health-Orders
