Does anyone know why BOP wants to be open to 5 am? Does any other business open after 2 am?

The license is for businesses that wish to operate after 12am. The license is for hours between 12am-5am. It is most likely that they are seeking to operate until 2am.

Will BGE make their compensation process easier than the previous process? Because several businesses have had to replace their water heaters as a result.
