Amazing, thanks Katie. This topic couldn't be more relevant to where I am in life right now so I'm eager to tune in but currently at work so hard to focus on both :)

Any questions for Calli and Nichola?
wha MTV are tour lights in leasing York for emergencies/

yes, any advice for two working parents, my maternity leave is due to end and worried about how it will practically work
any tips for prioritising if both parents have work commitments - who gets dibs
I have been made redundant and I'm anxious about not finding a job after maternity due to covid
you mentioned to-do lists, do you use that method? via apps or on paper. I love a good tick off to-do list but I’m afraid now I just can’t do things whenever I schedule them for
plus I have no help for childcare.
I am reluctant to go back to my current job after my mat leave ends because my commute is really long. I am hoping to get a new job but worried whether potential employers will want to hire someone who’s just coming back from mat leave
it’s a bit worrying that I might negotiate work and childcare only to find that what I thought would work actually doesn’t any tips for reproaching the same topic further down the line without causing annoyance
my work many of my colleagues don’t have children and they treat me very different they say they don’t understand I don’t know my rights
I’m quite apprehensive about starting work as I was a permanent vet nurse in SW London and I’ve moved to Glasgow during my maternity leave. I’ll be starting work up here as a locum but I would of had the opportunity to go back down to do some keeping in touch days, now with Covid, I can’t do that. I’m worried my skills will be impacted after having months out of work.
I would love to strive and have a great career but I’m worried about containing looking after my child
meaning I would love a full on job but still be a mum

Thank you for your ideas 😉
Silly question but do you have any tips for new managers whose team members are on a mission to prove themselves to the senior management and show how much more involved, engaged and productive they are to you (I've returned from mat leave in a new capacity during lockdown and have a new team member who used to be a manager and keeps remainding me of that - so crazy combo)
thank you this has been very helpful! :)
