Has there been any legislation passed to regulate the fees from the mobile vendors like Grub Hub, Door Dash and others like other states have mandated not to exceed 15%. These services have been vital in trying to expand our delivery services

We have one ein. One sales tax and withholding permit. Two locations. ONE location has temporarily closed due to damage during the derecho. Therefore the food license number and liquor license number for the one location has lapsed since we are rebuilding. Does this disqualify us?
