it would be nice to have a CTAS zoom meeting. Since it is time for the end of year accounting, some training and constructive feedback to the software people would be useful.

07:14
can you use ARPA for improvements to the Hall? Siding, insulation, windows?

07:24
End of year CTAS training would be great!

17:24
Having Annual Meeting virtually again this year in light of the pandemic and safety for the citizenry. Will a resolution allowing virtual Annual Meeting suffice? Thanks.

20:33
The comments about spending from ARPA CTAS account, does this apply to Lost Revenue or can it be transferred to general funds in a lump sum? (One less thing for treasurer to keep track of if it can)

23:45
do we need a resolution for the annual meeting via Zoom and in-person? or just public notice?

26:07
Wouldn't MATIT have guidance?

36:23
Can you speak to when a resolution is needed as opposed to motion? Or when a motion is necessary?

Thank you!

I've got a supervisor that loves getting the magazine. I like the Township Tuesday meetings, personally.

42:45
thank you

42:50
Twp Tuesday is a great option; too bad more people don't listen in. Many of us read the Insider from cover to cover. Email blasts are great too; especially when there's only a couple of topics.

42:55
I for one really like these Zoom info sessions. Even short sessions are informative and efficient.

43:39
I refer to the website at least on a weekly basis. Read the emails and I like these Township Tuesday calls. I am always looking for all vehicles of information.

43:58
e-mail updates or blast to forward to supervisors would be great

44:30
Agree - I forward the email to supervisors just in case they don't read their email.

44:39
these calls are great

45:06
These calls are awesome. I always learn so much and look so prepared when sharing info at our meetings.

45:12
These calls are great so much info. I give up the View to watch you.

45:43
who is senator Coleman?

46:01
Pat - it’s Senator Julia Coleman from the Chaska/Chanhassen area

46:14
Republican, on transportation committee

46:20
okay

46:54
respresentaives are standing by

46:58
"but wait, there is more!"
