The comments about spending from ARPA CTAS account, does this apply to Lost Revenue or can it be transferred to general funds in a lump sum? (One less thing for treasurer to keep track of if it can)

Twp Tuesday is a great option; too bad more people don't listen in. Many of us read the Insider from cover to cover. Email blasts are great too; especially when there's only a couple of topics.
