the parking lot should be part of the lease. with the entrance to the community center lot on north east street being a “do not enter” people immediately parking out front of our house on north east street. where are the people who live here now supposed to park? we are not allowed to park in the community center parking lot so why are they allowed to park in front of our house in our only spot available.
Parking lot should definitely be a part of the lease and it should be enforced.
Not everyone on Water St has access to off street parking. Parking is going to be a big issue.
Wes shouldn't be allowed to make more apartments to put out for rent. He already doesn't take care of the properties that he currently owns

There is a building on Water St he is renting out as a business but it was listed in the merchandiser as being a property to rent out for storage. The building is falling in, has t
branches growing out of it and no bathroom
So the gym will still be available for community to use
