This question is for Mr. Lusk... What is the strategy to connect the workforce development center with organizations. Not only connect potential candidates, but educate business leaders on the importance of considering candidates from the workforce development center?

Sometimes, HR and/or hiring managers, business leaders, are not effectively aligned with such programs such as a workforce development center, and what some candidates bring to the table.
