I’d like Dan Klemann to reiterate what he said about Carp. Overlay to exclude ag. Land conversion. How would request to convert ag lands to residential occur? Also will farm employee housing be included in what is required in RHNA?

Dan K - Are you referring to rezoning of MTD owned site close to County admin and 101 or the MTD bus station site downtown? Are the plans going forward for the site next to County buildings that included some affordable units?
