Point of clarification, those whose heat is included in their rent also have to identify heat provider and type of heat. I think Ross said they didn't. Thanks., Kathy

Also clarifying, Ross indicated that the MI1040-CR2 was not widely used. Correct. The form is labeled as for veterans. The name is confusing. To qualify veterans must have service related disability. It is not open to all veterans.
