In the 3rd CD, Clark HAS reported today and Cowlitz HAS NOT. It will be a little less blue later today.

42nd LD was 3 R's six years ago, and appears to be 3 D's next year. I do not miss Doug Ericksen, and will not miss Simon Sefzik who was appointed to replace him.

Win a plurality. FIrst past the post. Don't have to win a majority. With Top 2, the only difference is the write-ins, but, for example, one can win with 49.8% if there are a few hundred write-ins.

I think I remember that he holds both positions. County council and Leg rep.
