Smart home devices

Hello…As a parent to two adults new to BHDDH Services, can the grant be used for Smart Appliances for the kitchen such as stove, refrigerator for ISP goals of cooking and baking with safety features, reminders, etc etc ? Also home security such as RING cameras and featured equipment, once again for safety goals…
