I've seen some CPA firm's write articles that take the position that you can recognize forgiveness on a systematic basis as expenses are incurred. The position of filing for forgiveness being an administrative task and not a "barrier". All other conditions are substantially met as expenses are incurred. What does your firm think about this approach?
