I called Motawif and was told the registration will be approx. emailed 24 hours after submitting your interest. Asked about submitting together to separate was told an appl can take up to 9 persons.

He used to say, If anyone of you intends to do something, he should offer two rak’āt prayers other than the compulsory prayers, and after finishing it, he should say:O Allah, verily, I seek the good with Your knowledge, and I seek
