ImmTrac must be used to report all doses for COVID-19 and VFC (Program for children) and can act as a tracker for those who do not have a EMR system. If a clinic is new and wants to start vaccination, please reach out to our IIS program and they can let you know which systems work with ImmTrac so the system you purchase is compatible for data transfer

Are we allowed to expense the time and salary of the person having to do all of the reporting for this grant? For example, 5% of the month on gathering data and reporting?

Not to nerd out here, but it looks like the spreadsheet is not taking into account # of months. Looks like a formula error

to receive the reimbursement for the TORCH conference we must apply for one of the other tiers or can we do only reimbursement for the TORCH conference- are there any other conferences that fall into being reimbursable?

No, can't just ask for reimbursement for TORCH Conf (won't meet the minimum amount). Staff attending other conferences outside of the TORCH/TARHC Fall conference would not be eligible for reimb

Is the meeting in February in San Antonio the national RHC meeting (Conference is 17-20 at JW Marriott in SA)? Just wondering?
