The Broadcast Message says of continuing students already in the US (in in-person or hybrid programs) “that if a school changes its operational stance mid-semester, and [the] student switches to only online classes… they must leave… [or transfer]” Slightly different from the first presentation and creates great uncertainty in the case of increased Covid spread. Bottom line, even in-person and hybrid are not fail safe.
