I think with videos from the University of Queensland which we have also included in our online courses they enabled us to actually download the video file and upload to embed it ourselves rather than embedding the link. I'm not sure if there is another platform which we can link to which can be accessed from China, I can try to find out.

TT: work-learn balance create the resilience you need to be futureproof as an employee, Martin report is offering a tool for self-direceted learning that employees can use to create new value for others in existing ventures

When writing a CV and applying for a job, how might students "showcase" their Entrepreneurial Willingness and Ability?

Q: how did the changes from the last 8 months re. COVID-19 and economic slowdown affect your thinking and approach?

I think the Women's organisation is a godo example, they did use EntreComp for internal growth and not only to offer support, ask Lisa or Alison :)

TT: I have worked with Health lecturers and students and there is a recognition that entrepreneurial attributes are of benefit but a big fear of using the word 'risk' in those School so this triangle using 'courage' will be much more palatable language.

Will this work be linked to the EntreComp progression models to help employees develop and become entrepreneurial?

Q: If organisations/employers are not referring to the ‘entrepreneurial employee’ or ‘entrepreneurial competencies’ – how can we make this relevant/of interest to students in how we talk about it?

The book 'Luck is No Accident' by John Krumboltz and Al Levin would be a great resource in terms of seeing an entrepreneurial mindset in action. I feel that there are strong links between Planned Happenstance theories/attitudes and being entrepreneurial

Absolutely Cassie - I love Krumboltz, very useful for students in terms of mindset and approach

in the public sector, we tend to prefer innovation to entrepreneurship, public sector innovation has positive connotation, while public sector enrepreneurship may raise concerns
