Is there anything I can be doing with my 14 week old during lockdown to get her used to water. She loves bathtime.
Vicky Lewis
30:23
My 9 month old was swimming from 5 weeks and loved it, was doing really well - is this long break likely to wreck our progress?
Helen Arana
32:32
Exactly the same as Gemma, my son is 8 months old and we wanted to start swimming lessons in April. He loves bathtime but I've never taken him swimming. Is there anything I can be doing with him in lockdown until we're able to take him to a swimming pool?
Janine Callender
34:20
We had 5 lessons with Water Babies before lockdown. How much of what she learnt will be retained? Will we go back to square one in terms of learning? Only so much you can do in a bath. She is nearly 7 months old

My son is 12 weeks old and has hated bath time from the get go. We’ve tried bathing with him, slowly lowering him, splashing, toys etc. Hates it all! Any idea on how we can get him to like water?
Alison Murphy
36:09
By the time lockdown lifts it will probably be to late for the bub start lessons
Alison Murphy

Would you practice this once a week or more often? Mia has a bath every night before bed but I feel like she would be too tired... Would a Saturday morning be enough once a week? I guess anything is better than nothing? :-)

I have confidence issues about taking my baby swimming with no one else. for example how would I get in and out of the pool with baby?
Vicky Lewis
01:14:41
I found getting dressed first helped as if my daughter became fussy and I had to hold her, she got me wet rather than the other way around - that said, we don't have a normal car seat so I had no where to put her
Michelle’s iPhone
01:15:30
