9 months on getting better pelvic girdle pain doing yoga 3 times per week and pilates on Saturdays and walking after c section and from going to classes after 8 weeks. I went running to soon so back in recovering again. Take it slow and steady it improves!

Alex Saunders go see your Doctor I was referred to physio and got told I had pelvic girdle pain and could do some you tube stretches for that area and from my physio too and I am slowly improving

if you have ab separation does it naturally come back together by itself by a certain or does it need certain exercises? or does it depend on how bad the separation is?

I have hyper mobility and have very flexible hips and am due in two weeks. I get a lot of pubic bone pain some days and am worse if I don’t exercise. when can I start things back up after baby is born if feel ok physically as concerned will be in pain if stay still for too long

I feel my stomach are bigger again now than after birth, sometimes it looks like I'm pregnant again🙈 why is that?? I eat healthy, ive been careful with exercise so not to cause any damage, but my boy is already 7months now and id like to get back to 'normal'.. Can i do situps as usual or need to exercise more gentle? Should i go running? Any tips?
