Why is Flaming Gorge at 81% such that it is significantly higher than downstream reservoirs (particularly Blue Mesa)?

If 'we all have to learn to use less, and we see the magnitude of the shortfall- why are additional diversions from the mainstem and tributaries to the main stem still moving forward? Are we supposed to make up the new tens of thousands of acre-feet not yet taken out of the Colorado

I feel ya Ryan! Dillon is right in the middle of lead and copper compliance as well. We will have a Phosphoric Acid pumping system installed within 2 years.
