Nice Job Morgan!
NHARA website now has a list of the 3 registration platforms and which one each program is using (update just recently...thanks Jack!)
FSC will not be @ Mittersill right now. wie have gone back in time for a short time and racing will be on Garys's Cannon/Ernies is fairly unique like Proctor, small building ,parking issues tight
We put a barrel with a clean bag out and our covid coordinator stayed at a distance and asked the athlete to remove their bib and drop it in the barrell. Then we closed the bag and took the bag out at the end.
My thought was a clean trash bin, with a lid for athletes to dump their bibs into. Would that work?
Matt - that’s what we did at Pats. Bib collector just makes sure it happens, at a distance
Dave/Morgan, I may have missed this but how did you provide bathroom access?
This is Carol. can you unmute me - 16033053470?
Julia - heated porta ponies in the parking lot.
Regarding bibs, the best protocol and safest way to handle them would be to use Disposable Bibs
I need to be unmuted
I called in so my phone need to be unmuted 6033053470
Arnie, it is on page 2 of the version 2 of the domestic competition guidance, 5th paragraph
I saw Larry in action, great job, thank you very much!!
Dowse U 12 and U14 , It is going to be very hard for spectators on hill at Cannon. Mo parents tickets sold by FSC, Ernies will be open for bathrooms only , we will have 2 porta potties ,
No Parent Tickets sold by FSC
I was the start ref Saturday. I tried to adhere to the alpha order for inspection day 1 but had to adjust a bit on the fly. Same with Sunday. I would recommend having the earlier alpha groups be in the front quadrants at the start, and possibly split the larger groups into two groups. Proctor, and BBTS come to mind.
Lift line at Cannon has been very long. at Zoomer Chair We are trying to get a racer line from management . If it is happening, athletes will have to have bib showing to enter that line

all clubs will need to emphasize no spectators at races, your car is your lodge. follow the rules set by ROC's
we are racing in NH we have to follow NH rules not MASS, Maine, CT, RI, VT rules
See the "I tested positive" and "I was exposed" links at the top of this page: https://www.nh.gov/covid19/index.htm
