We have less mails in Europe (Spam is forbidden by law). But I wouldn’t worry about 10-20%. I you look at other industries (commerce), they are somewhere between 1-2%.

Hey everyone, thank you for all your great words about my presentation! First of all, I’m really sorry about my camera, I didn’t see it wasn’t open 😉 To answer your questions: Maryann, a phone loop is a phone strap holder for hand grip. Elizabeth: about our front line employees’ engagement, we worked on multiple strategies, but one that worked really well was to identify ambassadors among employees. These ambassadors were recognized for their great customer service and their positive outlook on customer experience projects. They really were our eyes on the floor: they made sure during the project launch that everything was going smoothly and they got back to me if they observed any problem or if they had ideas to improve the project. We also have monthly meetings with them and supervisors to have their feedback and share results 😊
Elizabeth, Odense Denmark

Really inspiring session.A broad question for those who use messages to donors about where the blood has gone (or been processed).Do you ever receive feedback from donors asking where their blood is, if they didn’t get a text?

Elizabeth, in Wales when we actually held blood donations in schools we were having 50-60 new donors attend. But we had to go to them, rather than them come to us.
ConnectLife
02:21:10
We send texts to red cell donors only - our messaging is that 'we regularly will let donors know where and when their blood was sent'
