I was just creating this letter for our community. We are a brand new community that launched this year. It is really personal because it is a group of 14 women that I have gotten to know intimately in their journey back to work after having a baby. I’m just trying to come from the heart of what the organization was built from which was love and support. I never thought that I would launch and have such big conversations in these past three months but I know that it is provided another level of intimacy that will hopefully support the future.
