There are 2-3 widely known to work with Midwives. Southern Cross, Contemporary and Covery’s
Is there any risk of using one of the mentioned options above (southern cross, contemporary, covert) vs paying for the tail through your current provider?

I am not sure how to ask this question but is there a point in our personal financial situation where we need to be taking steps protect our private assets?
Upon fulfillment of NHSC service with an employer (not an FQHC), is one no longer covered by the Federal Tort Claims act and therefore should renegotiating their contract?
Doesn't forming a birth center business, for example as an LLC protect you from personal financial liability?
(1) If you work for a company that operates in 2 states do you need 2 insurance policies? I think y’all touched on that in the slides. (2) Also what do you think is an ideal/safe insurance coverage amount?

Unlike Alvin, I do not have a law degree & I find the lingo very difficult to understand. Who do I go to revise the malpractice insurance my employer will provide. Do I have to hire a lawyer to review and how much will that cost me?
