I did the breathing techniques when I had my little one but what was really useful to me was my husband reminding me what to do and breathing with me as during the contractions it's sometimes hard to remember what to do so get your partners involved and up to speed with hypnobirthing so they can help!
Mara Verze

on my course they added an S to brain for SMILE, to help build on your relationship with your care provider
Sadia Choudhury
45:32
@Stewart that's my biggest fear that I wont get a smile back! lol its sheer luck to get a lovely midwife for the birth sometimes we are not so lucky sadly which then impacts the whole birth experience
Stewart's iPad
47:07
your partner can ask for another midwife if you’re not happy, speak to the midwife in charge discreetly. I’d say this isn’t a job for us though, def the husbands! ha ha
Sadia Choudhury
48:17
sadly my hospital has said hubby can not be there until active labor so yet another fear! Potentially he cud miss the birth...

brilliant session. I have used hypnobirthing during a sweep and the emergency cesarían. it’s so true is not just about natural birth as sometime it does not happen if that is your plan. I think you have brilliantly summarised how hypnobirthing can help along the journey
Wendy .
01:05:58
Thanks so much! The tips and techniques are so useful! I have been practising breathing and visualisation techniques but was getting a bit muddled and this session has really helped to reinforce what I’ve been practicing and reassure me that I’m on the right track! thanks so much and good luck to all to mummies to be out there ☀️☀️
