Several attendees have asked about the book mentioned at the beginning. The book is called “Interrupting Racism” and it is written by Alicia Oglesby (one of our panelists) and Rebecca Atkins.

George Yancy's book, Backlash is a great book for looking into white supremacy, white privilege and white innocence. Additionally, it will provoke the thought process to begin the "unpackaging" process.

Another good resource on exploring and understanding Implicit Bias is from the Kirwin Institute for the Study of Race and Ethnicity at Ohio State University http://kirwaninstitute.osu.edu/implicit-bias-training/
