didn't someone say last week that Co2 altered the cider and to use Nitro instead?
Emily Kovach

that might've just been in regards to pet-nat cider? but we can double check with William after the presentation
Ronald Sansone
33:59

I have access to a very large wild apple orchard, I was wondering what you would suggest for pressing for this type of apples. (40+ year unmaintained orchard, a few different varieties).

Im getting a few rotten egg scents in my cider. why is that? It was fermented at about 15ºc with saison yeast on gala and Granny Smith apple and lots of fine pulp in the tanks
Joby Wilson
56:53

Hello from Washington State…
Joby Wilson
01:01:39
Barry, self pressing ALOT of work, I do about 100 gal each year. invest in electric grinder, can get press from harbor freight for about $200, customize for another $100 or so, can do big presses at a time.

What do you think of wild yeast fermentations with no interventions? I have had a good success with this type of ferments…
Joby Wilson
01:05:07
egg smell during early ferment can be stressed yeast, try a little bit of nutrients to make em happy. my wife calls that apple farts. or get a low so2 yeast like dv10
Ronald Sansone
01:06:02
