If they take it at home you’d have to take their word for it. No way.

Have any timelines been issued yet for opening office use spaces including those in retail environments (like Industrious at BW), and what guidelines are associated with that?

Industrious is open. They never really closed. They are encouraging remote work, but have had about 2-3 people coming in to work. We are waiting on county guidelines on this and have a meeting with Industrious next week about their plans.

Some retailers will need access to Broadway Street for curbside pickups, is that an issue if it closed down?
Dresss
49:30
Yes, we will have to work out the logistics on how that will work. Most curb-side will not be on the street - as I envision.

I do not recommend “forcing” employees to return, but an offer to return to employment that the employee rejects may impact their unemployment claims and may help in your PPP forgiveness calculations (if applicable). Get everything in writing.

There have been a lot of studies and reports with respect to the consumer psyche and their level of comfort of going out and dining/shopping right now irrespective of whether they are ‘able’ to or not. Does the CRA have or Macerich have any perspective on the mindset of the bay area consumer? What % of people are projected to stay home even if they are technically allowed to go out and shop/eat?
