Outlook integration should work out of the box if you have a Business plan.

Date fields is inconsistent For some fields it would ask for the date in the format of mm/dd/yy, but for some people and some fields it would want the date in a dd/mm/yy format. I didn't see a pattern, or any reason why it was like this, and it was different for everyone. Some had many fields in the dd/mm/yy format and others had just one.
