Really great contributions from the four speakers (and responses from Caroline & Russell). Little Green Pig work in Moulsecoomb & East Brighton and do projects in similarly 'hidden' communities but can struggle to find spaces that can be used for community engagement. It would be great to get more support from the council to dedicate spaces to the arts.

I'm afraid I have to go but thank you to all for a really interesting and productive session.

The second question I had was about the city's connection to Europe, post Brexit, whether they felt there should be support for projects which develop and celebrate that relationship going forward, in terms of promoting bilateral harmony, community and friendship and what the nature of such a Brighton & Hove/Continental project might look like? Perhaps that’s something we can discuss going forward as I am a director of Festival of Europe UK 2022.A bit broad I know, but I'd be so interested to hear their thoughts, as I am working on a Festival (not in the traditional sense) that explores this very subject and I'd love Brighton & Hove to have a voice.
