Staff stretching before each work day, healthy snacks in workroom, incentives for biking / walking / running to work. Staff stretching before work could be normally led by one staff member who volunteers and has a background in yoga/fitness. Other staff members could volunteer to lead a day in addition to the main leader. This would probably only be 10 minutes when the work day starts and could be virtual or in-person.
