what about joining the military?
Hey all - The basic setting for the “to” option on the chat is just to panelists. If you click on it again, it goes to all panelists + attendees. So, if you'd like other participants to see your questions too, go ahead and change that.

The limits for each country are because of congress limiting the number of visas available for each country in each category
