when should you start talking to a broker - do you recommend we have a deposit underway before we contact a broker?
Emma Raymond
34:56
I would much rather buy something cheaper and have 10-15 year loan term to avoid all that extra interest. Am I missing something, by using this logic?
Elspeth Taylor

Emily Godwin
01:07:56
We brought our family home with an owner-occupier loan, but then had to move interstate for my hubby’s work temporarily but our loan was changed to an investment loan - but it’s still our family home that will move back to at the end of hubby contact contract. Any tips to get a better interest rate or negotiate one as we really are not investors.
