My Assisted Living is structurally attached to our LTC facility so we are included in the sentinel testing. The LTC has a medical director. The AL does not. On the requisitions will we put the residents individual PCPs on it?

To a3890as, the Anterior nasal have a long Q-tip, the NP tests have a tiny bottle brush at the end of a long flexible shaft

We ask that families put items in a container that can be wiped down. We clean the containers and then after the dry time we deliver to the residents.
