Can you speak to what we can expect from the health dept in terms of when an employee tests positive? We want to have a robust occurrence plan in place and there has not been a lot of guidance, in our industry specifically, about action steps and impact on the restaurant. We can do our own close contact tracing internally with employees, but it would be nice to know what level of intervention/assistance there will be from the health dept.
