the poll is completely confidential so if you can quickly fill it in that would be great!

Do you have any timescales for when you need to speak to employers about coming back to work after mat leave as I have no clue! Thanks x

hi there, we can cover this in the Q&A at the end. In short, there is no set timescales and rules, especially in the current situation. I would encourage if you can for you to try and have an on-going and open dialogue with your manager and regularily check in

I’m also applying for jobs with less experience. What is a good convincing way to answer: aren’t you too experienced for this job?

I have my final individual consultation call with work this afternoon so this session has come at the perfect time for me. I can really relate to a lot of what you’ve said and feel more positive going into my meeting this afternoon - thank you very much!

what advice would you have for someone trying to get back into the workforce after a long career break?

I am thinking I may have to completely change the field in which I work (arts) - I will be made redundant in December (currently furloughed) I also need to move house. I am really stuck as to what to look for first - new area to live or new job? Will have to get a job to afford to live! Maybe you would advise a coaching session?!!
