How can you make the Business Tax more fair so a TV production company with most of their income going out in costs are taxed fairly compared to a consultant with virtually no overhead?

What happens to the revenue from Park and Recreation, golf courses, boat rentals etc?

The R & P revenue stays with the Department.

Where are other fines shown by individual department or category shown and where do they end up going (such as illegal construction, illegal tree removal, Building and Safety, Cannabis?

What percentage of one-time revenues are being spent on ongoing expenses?

What is the LA Alliance lawsuit?

Are there any deducts from awards based on destruction of city infrastructure caused by the homeless?

The current revision to 41.18 does not bar the unhoused from sheltering under the freeway. It provides a mechanism for preventing unhoused to shelter under specifically targeted overpasses.
